AUTHENTIC CARIBBEAN RUM TRAINING IN KANSAS

Peter Vestinos is bringing The Authentic Caribbean Rum Certification Programme to Kansas. The first session in the city will take place at The Reiger Hotel on August 18th, a three story brick building that opened in 1915 and boasts a long, rich history conserving much of the dècor of its genuine identity.

Spirits expert Joe Howell will be delivering our #RumEducation session in The Spoke Club, a thriving meeting place where individuals with interests in media, entertainment and the arts can converge in one of the city’s distinguished hundred year old buildings.

The Authentic Caribbean Rum Certification Programme has been running in North America since February of this year, with #RumEducation sessions across the USA and Canada. We are arriving for the first time to San Diego on July 29th. H. Ehrmann will lead the training session, and it’s free for bartenders and professionals of the spirits and beverage industry.

The Authentic Caribbean Rum Certification Programme has been running in North America since February of this year, with #RumEducation sessions across the USA and Canada. Now we go back to New York City. It will be the third session held in the big apple and as in the previous two it will be led by Jason F. Cousins, on Tuesday 28th of next week.

The Authentic Caribbean Rum Certification Programme has been running in North America since February of this year, with #RumEducation sessions in New York, Florida, California, Illinois in the US and Ontario and British Columbia in Canada. After excellent sessions in Vancouver and Whistler led by Danielle Tatarin, next Monday (7/13) we’re having our first session in Montreal with Gabrielle Panaccio.

Punch & Rum

I’ve drank many a cocktail in my days and nights as a bartender over the last sixteen years and I’ll admit, years before I was a bartender, Rum was the first alcoholic drink I tasted in the form of a “punch”.  Unbeknownst to me at the time, that punch was only a mere shadow of traditional punches.  It contained rum and fruit juices, the young drink mixer in me figured that this classified as a punch because that was what I heard from friends.  Although the ingredients were somewhat on the right track, the drink was sweet enough for my young pallet and I gave no thought to the history of the drink.

The Authentic Caribbean Rum Certification Sessions are coming to New York and Chicago

With more than 60 sessions in Europe and 1500 certified trade professionals during 2014; Authentic Caribbean Rum’s Trade Professional Certification program is now live in the US. After sessions in Miami, San Francisco and Toronto #RumEducation is now heading East to Chicago and New York where local trade professionals will have the chance to sample our fantastic range of rums.
