Tikinei (tikenei is antwerp slang for egg)

INGRÉDIENTS

  • 2,5cl El dorado 15Y
  • 2,5cl chairmans reserve
  • 2cl fresh lime juice
  • 2cl cinnamon/ginger syrup (2/1)
  • egg yolk
  • 2 dash orange bitters TBT
  • 5 dash angostura bitters (garnish on top)

PRÉPARATION

  1. Put all the ingredients in a shaker, dry shake.
  2. Shake for 14 seconds with a shaker fully filled with ice.
  3. Strain(just hawthorn strainer) in a lowball filled with crushed ice. 
  4. Garnish: 2 short straws, smoking cinnamon stick, half of an eggshell, mint springs
