- 5 cl of Cockspur fine rum
- 4 cl of Galliano liqueur
- 2 cl of Belvoir lime/lemongrass
- 1 cl of lime juice
- 1 piece of cucumber (about 4cm of width)
- Muddle your cucumber in the shaker, add all the ingredients, put some ice and shake well.
- Pour over crush ice in an old fashion glass, add 2 straws a slice of cucumber sliced into 2 parts, put them on the top of the ice and add a pansy.
