Green thumb

INGRÉDIENTS

  • 5 cl of Cockspur fine rum
  • 4 cl of Galliano liqueur
  • 2 cl of Belvoir lime/lemongrass
  • 1 cl of lime juice
  • 1 piece of cucumber (about 4cm of width)

PRÉPARATION

  1. Muddle your cucumber in the shaker, add all the ingredients, put some ice and shake well.
  2. Pour over crush ice in an old fashion glass, add 2 straws a slice of cucumber sliced into 2 parts, put them on the top of the ice and add a pansy.
