The Birdy


  • 1.5oz White Rum
  • 0.25 oz Dark Aged Rum
  • 3 oz Fresh Pineapple Juice
  • 0.5 oz Drambuie
  • 0.25 oz Fernet Branca Menta
  • 0.25 oz Fresh Lime Juice


  1. Squeeze juices just prior for maximum freshness. 
  2. Shake all ingredients except Dark rum in a shaker with ice.
  3. Serve in a high ball glass over rock ice. 
  4. Float the Dark Rum.
  5. Garnish.
