Tikinei (tikenei is antwerp slang for egg)
- 2,5cl El dorado 15Y
- 2,5cl chairmans reserve
- 2cl fresh lime juice
- 2cl cinnamon/ginger syrup (2/1)
- egg yolk
- 2 dash orange bitters TBT
- 5 dash angostura bitters (garnish on top)
- Put all the ingredients in a shaker, dry shake.
- Shake for 14 seconds with a shaker fully filled with ice.
- Strain(just hawthorn strainer) in a lowball filled with crushed ice.
- Garnish: 2 short straws, smoking cinnamon stick, half of an eggshell, mint springs
