Banana Daiquiri


  • 45 ml Appleton 12 yr
  • 10 ml Wray and Nephew Overproof
  • 20 ml Giffard banane de Brazil
  • 30 fresh lime juice
  • 5 ml Ardbeg 10 yr whisky


  1. Shake ingredients (Except Ardbeg) VERY HARD with ice in a cocktail shaker. 
  2. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. 
  3. Float Ardbeg on top using an atomizer or bar spoon, and serve.
