XO Sip

INGREDIENTS

50ml Mout Gay XO
15ml Cream de Cacao Dark
2 dash Chocolate bitters

METHOD

Add Cream de Cacao and Chocolate bitters with ice, mix it for 30 seconds. 

Add in stages Mount Gay XO in stages 25ml each time and mix it for 30 seconds. 
Strain it and serve it in old fashion glass. As garnish add dry sugar cane as stirrer.
