35ml Angostura 1919
20ml Briottet Rhubarb Liqueur
25ml fresh lemon juice
15ml Monin Butterscotch syrup
Dash Angostura Aromatic Bitters
Dash Egg white
Shake all the ingredients very well and double strain into a chilled coupette.
Garnish with a lemon twist and a rhubarb spear if in season.
