BACK TO ALL COCKTAILS

Simple Rum & Ginger

INGREDIENTS

  • Golden Caribbean Rum (preferably Cockspur, Doorly’s, or Mount Gay) – 1 measure  
  • Some Jamaican Rum (preferably MonyMusk) – 1/2 measure 
  • Canada Dry Ginger Ale

METHOD

  1. To be mixed in the glass
  2. Serve in a high Glass with large ice cubes
  3. Simply pour the Rum over the cubes, add a splash of Ginger Ale and serve with the bottle on the side.
