  • 1.5 oz rhum barbancourt 4 year (3 star)
  • .5oz tempus fugit creme de cacao
  • .75 oz salted pineapple falernum
  • .75 lime
  • 1 dash angostura bitters

METHOD

  1. Combine all ingredients in shaker
  2. Shake with ice
  3. double strain (hawthorne and fine mesh strain) into a chilled coupe glass
  4. No garnish.
