  • 2 barspoon Briottet Apricot
  • 1 barspoon Swedish Flaggpunch
  • 2 barspoon Clarified Lime juice
  • 1 barspoon Monin Gomme

METHOD

  1. All ingredients in stirring glass
  2. Stir with cubed ice
  3. Strain into a chilled coupette
  4. Garnish with orange zest
