1 shot (2cl) Monymusk special reserve
1 shot (2cl) Angostura 1919
1 piece chocolate Trinitario origin Grenada
1 piece chocolate Trinitario origin Jamaïca
1 piece chocolate Trinitario origin Trinidad
METHOD
Serve as an after dinner treatment
Line up the 3 rums with their matching chocolat.
Advise the customer to bite a piece of chocolat, to let it melt in their mouth, to sip the neat rum and let the flavours blend before swallowing.
The origin flavours will match very easy.
I’ve served this in a restaurant before and the customers were very excited about this.
