The Purser’s Tot

INGREDIENTS

  • 60ml Chairman’s Reserve
  • 22ml sweet vermouth
  • 7ml Luxardo Maraschino liqueur
  • 2 half droppers Elemakule Tiki Bitters
  • orange twist as garnish

METHOD

  1. Stir all ingredients with ice, until properly chilled and diluted (about 60 seconds)
  2. Strain into a chilled coupe
  3. Express orange oil from twist over drink
  4. Place twist gently onto drink.
