INGREDIENTS

  • 40ml-Chairman’s Reserve
  • 20ml-Tamarind infused port
  • 15ml-Lime cordial
  • 15ml-Ginger syrup
  • 25ml-Lime juice
  • 1-blackberry
  • Glass- nick&nora;
  • Garnish-grated nutmeg

METHOD

  1. Add all ingredients to a shaker, hard shake, double strain into chilled glass (straight up).
  2. Tamarind port; heat 2 tsp tamarind paste with 100ml LBV port to just below boiling, mix well and allow to cool.
