The Monkey in the Coat

INGREDIENTS

  • 30 ml Barbados Rum
  • 15 ml Banana Geist Stählemühle
  • 10 ml Madeira Wine Malvazia
  • 5 ml Chocolate Liquor Zuidam
  • 5 ml Coffee Liquor Preussische Spirituosen Manufaktur Berlin
  • Grate some Nutmeg in the end on top of the drink

METHOD

  1. Stir all ingridience on a big rock of ice, not to long so the delution is little and temperatur around 10°C //
  2. If possible chill from outside and add water seperatly, 7 ml is perfect, grate nutmeg and just enjoy the pleasant flavours of the soul of the carribean combined with the passion of a bartender from Berlin!
