INGREDIENTS

  • 1 oz lime juice
  • 3/4 oz Orgeat Works high density orgeat
  • 1/2 oz Clement Creole Shrubb
  • 1/2 oz El Dorado 12 yr rum
  • 1/2 oz Hamilton gold Jamaican rum
  • 1/2 oz Appleton 12yr rum
  • 1/2 oz Neisson Esprit agricole rhum

METHOD

  1. Squeeze an extracted lime shell into the tin, add remaining ingredients, shake with 3 Kold Draft cubes, pour into a double old fashioned glass and top with crushed ice.
  2. Garnish with several mint sprigs.
