INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2 oz of 5 stars rum Barbancourt
- 1/2 oz of lime juice
- 1/4 of cactus pear
- 1/2 of fruit passion
- 1/4 of mango
- simple syrup
- dash of vanilla essence
METHOD
- Put ice on your glass while you’re preparing your cocktail.
- Put all the real fruit in the shaker and peel them
- add the fresh lime juice
- add the rum Barbancourt, simple syrup and the dash of vanilla essence
- put the ice and shake it !
- strain the cocktail to the glass
- add a little orchid flower as decoration
- AND CHEERS!!
