Life’s too Port..

INGREDIENTS

  • 45ml Rum (Dark, Continuous Still)
  • 15ml Port
  • 5ml Campari
  • 2 Dash Angostura bitters
  • Cointreau (Rinse/Atomized)

METHOD

  1. Rinse or spray glass with cointreau.
  2. Add all other ingredients into a mixing glass and stir with ice.
  3. Strain into a sour glass/small coupette. 
  4. (No ice)
  5. Orange zest (discarded) to garnish.
