INGREDIENTS
- 1.5 oz Cruzan Black Strap Rum
- 1.5oz freshly pressed Pineapple juice
- 0.5 oz Campari
- 0.25oz Suze
- 0.5 oz freshly squeezed Lime juice
- 0.5oz simple syrup
METHOD
- Mix together in a shaker with ice.
- Shake for 10 seconds briskly.
- Strain over fresh rocks and garnish with mint.
