Jungle Bird revisited

INGREDIENTS

  • 1.5 oz Cruzan Black Strap Rum
  • 1.5oz freshly pressed Pineapple juice
  • 0.5 oz Campari
  • 0.25oz Suze
  • 0.5 oz freshly squeezed Lime juice
  • 0.5oz simple syrup

METHOD

  1. Mix together in a shaker with ice.
  2. Shake for 10 seconds briskly.
  3. Strain over fresh rocks and garnish with mint.
