Jamaican Canchanchara

INGREDIENTS

  • 50ml Monymusk Special Reserve
  • 25ml fresh lime juice
  • 10ml honey

METHOD

  1. Add the rum and the honey into a mixing glass and stir until honey has dissolved.
  2. Add lime and shake vigorously. Serve on the rocks with a zest of orange peel to garnish.
  3. All products can be sourced locally and the drink is the Cuban origin of the daiquiri.
