Island Bounce

INGREDIENTS

  • 40 ml El Dorado 15 years old
  • 20 ml Doorly’s XO
  • 8 ml Vanille Syrup
  • 2 dashes Angostura
  • 2 dashes Angostura Orange
  • 1 dash Peychaud Bitter

METHOD

  1. Combine ingredients in a mixing glass
  2. Stir for about 40 to 45 revolutions
  3. Strain in an old-fashioned glass
  4. Add cubed ice
  5. Finish with a swaf of orange zest
