
Island Bounce
INGREDIENTS
- 40 ml El Dorado 15 years old
- 20 ml Doorly’s XO
- 8 ml Vanille Syrup
- 2 dashes Angostura
- 2 dashes Angostura Orange
- 1 dash Peychaud Bitter
METHOD
- Combine ingredients in a mixing glass
- Stir for about 40 to 45 revolutions
- Strain in an old-fashioned glass
- Add cubed ice
- Finish with a swaf of orange zest
