INGREDIENTS

  • Rhum Barbancourt 8y
  • Homemade Falernum #9
  • Fresh pineapple juice
  • Bittermens Tiki Bitters

METHOD

  1. Build all ingredients in a tin can, add crushed ice and swizzle until frosted.
  2. Garnish with a mint bouquet, a flower and a cinnamon stick and dust with powdered sugar
