- Fresh pineapple juice
- Bittermens Tiki Bitters
METHOD
- Build all ingredients in a tin can, add crushed ice and swizzle until frosted.
- Garnish with a mint bouquet, a flower and a cinnamon stick and dust with powdered sugar
