- 45ml Borgoe 8 yrs
- 15ml Averna
- 15ml J.D. Taylor’s Velvet Falernum
- 15ml juice of fresh lime
- White from one egg
- Garnish with cardamon pod
- Shake, dry shake and fine strain into cocktail coupe.
- Lightly crush the cardamon pod to release all the aroma’s.
Full bodied, velvety, sweet and spicy, best enjoyed along the waterkant.
