Fluweel Waterkantje

INGREDIENTS

  • 45ml Borgoe 8 yrs
  • 15ml Averna
  • 15ml J.D. Taylor’s Velvet Falernum
  • 15ml juice of fresh lime
  • White from one egg
  • Garnish with cardamon pod

METHOD

  1. Shake, dry shake and fine strain into cocktail coupe.
  2. Lightly crush the cardamon pod to release all the aroma’s.
Full bodied, velvety, sweet and spicy, best enjoyed along the waterkant.
