INGREDIENTS

  • 1.5oz Mount Gay Black Barrel
  • 1/2 oz Hampden Estate
  • 3/4oz Passion fruit syrup
  • 3/4oz fresh pineapple juice
  • 1/2oz fresh lime juice
  • 1/2oz Don’s Mix (equal parts white grapefruit juice and cinnamon syrup)
  • El Dorado 8yr float

METHOD

  1. Combine all ingredients minus El Dorado into a cocktail shaker and shake with ice.
  2. Strain over crushed ice into a large snifter or cored out pineapple and float El Dorado 8yr on top of cocktail.
  3. Garnish with a few pineapple leaves and an edible orchid.
  4. Enjoy!!
