- 1.5oz Mount Gay Black Barrel
- 1/2 oz Hampden Estate
- 3/4oz Passion fruit syrup
- 3/4oz fresh pineapple juice
- 1/2oz fresh lime juice
- 1/2oz Don’s Mix (equal parts white grapefruit juice and cinnamon syrup)
- El Dorado 8yr float
- Combine all ingredients minus El Dorado into a cocktail shaker and shake with ice.
- Strain over crushed ice into a large snifter or cored out pineapple and float El Dorado 8yr on top of cocktail.
- Garnish with a few pineapple leaves and an edible orchid.
