Dorado sunset Daquiri
- 12.5 ml Lime juice (2 – 3 Limes squeezed and dropped)
- 12.5 ml Sugar syrup
- 50 ml 3 yr Eldorado Bianco
- 15 ml pink grapefruit juic
- Lightly Muddle Limes and Sugar syrup in boston.
- Add Grapefruit juice and el dorado 3 yr bianco to boston.
- Shake and build.
- Strain into 9oz rocks glass filled with crushed ice.
- Garnish with a quarter of pink grapefruit
