Dorado sunset Daquiri

INGREDIENTS

  • 12.5 ml Lime juice (2 – 3 Limes squeezed and dropped)
  • 12.5 ml Sugar syrup
  • 50 ml 3 yr Eldorado Bianco
  • 15 ml pink grapefruit juic

METHOD

  1. Lightly Muddle Limes and Sugar syrup in boston. 
  2. Add Grapefruit juice and el dorado 3 yr bianco to boston. 
  3. Shake and build. 
  4. Strain into 9oz rocks glass filled with crushed ice. 
  5. Garnish with a quarter of pink grapefruit
