Cane & Soul
INGREDIENTS
- 50ml Old Grog Rum
- 20ml Lemon Juice
- 20ml Fresh Sugar Cane juice
- 10ml Banana Liqueur
- 3 dashes Falernum
- 20ml of coconut soda (float)
METHOD
- Start with ingredients chilled, if possible. Combine ingredients (except coconut soda) into small part of a two-pieces shaker.
- Fill the large tin 3/4 full of ice. Strong shake for approx 8 sec, to achieve a good texture, little dilution, and cold temperature.
- Single strain into a chilled coupette and float coconut soda. Serve with a side of mixed tropical fruits, to enjoy together with the Drink.
