Cane & Soul

INGREDIENTS

  • 50ml Old Grog Rum
  • 20ml Lemon Juice
  • 20ml Fresh Sugar Cane juice
  • 10ml Banana Liqueur
  • 3 dashes Falernum 
  • 20ml of coconut soda (float)

METHOD

  1. Start with ingredients chilled, if possible. Combine ingredients (except coconut soda) into small part of a two-pieces shaker. 
  2. Fill the large tin 3/4 full of ice. Strong shake for approx 8 sec, to achieve a good texture, little dilution, and cold temperature. 
  3. Single strain into a chilled coupette and float coconut soda. Serve with a side of mixed tropical fruits, to enjoy together with the Drink.
