Breakfast of Champions

INGREDIENTS

  • 50 ml chairman’s reserve
  • 20 ml lime juice
  • 15 ml velvet falernum
  • 1/2 a banana
  • One egg white
  • 1 dash Abbotts bitters.

METHOD

  1. Muddle Banana and then combine all ingredients and shake.
  2. Serve straight up in a chilled coupette.
  3. Garnish with chocolate shavings.
