INGREDIENTS
- 1.5oz White Rum
- 0.25 oz Dark Aged Rum
- 3 oz Fresh Pineapple Juice
- 0.5 oz Drambuie
- 0.25 oz Fernet Branca Menta
- 0.25 oz Fresh Lime Juice
METHOD
- Squeeze juices just prior for maximum freshness.
- Shake all ingredients except Dark rum in a shaker with ice.
- Serve in a high ball glass over rock ice.
- Float the Dark Rum.
- Garnish.
