
B-RUM
INGREDIENTS
- 60 ml. Barceló Imperial.
- 20 ml. Campari
- 25 ml. Ginger Syrup Monin
- 25 ml. Fresh lime juice
- 40 ml. Fresh Pineapple juice.
- 2 Dashes Angostura bitter
- 8 cl. Craft Beer: Wheat Ale, Witbier or similar
METHOD
- Shake in shaker with ice cubes all ingredients but beer.
- Doubble strain.
- Pour into highball glass or similar, ice cubes filled.
- Top with the beer ad stir gently.
- Garnish – Lime slice, mint leaves and red cherry.
