B-RUM

INGREDIENTS

  • 60 ml. Barceló Imperial.
  • 20 ml. Campari
  • 25 ml. Ginger Syrup Monin 
  • 25 ml. Fresh lime juice
  • 40 ml. Fresh Pineapple juice.
  •  2 Dashes Angostura bitter
  •  8 cl. Craft Beer: Wheat Ale, Witbier or similar

METHOD

  1. Shake in shaker with ice cubes all ingredients but beer. 
  2. Doubble strain. 
  3. Pour into highball glass or similar, ice cubes filled. 
  4. Top with the beer ad stir gently. 
  5. Garnish – Lime slice, mint leaves and red cherry.
