25ml St. Nicholas Abbey
25ml Angostura 1919
20ml lime juice
50ml Pineapple juice
30ml Cinnamon syrup
4 dices grilled pineapple
Put the grilled pineapple and the cinnamon syrup in the shaker and muddle. Put the other ingredients inside the shaker.
Add some ice
Shake it until you get a good foam.
Double straining to an old fashion glass.
Add a big ice cube.
Garnish with a spirg ofor mint and a cinnamon stick burning
