Rum Fashioned Colada

INGREDIENTS

  • 2.0 oz Angostura 1919 
  • 0.5 oz Simple Syrup
  • 0.5 oz Homemade Cuban Style Espresso
  • 5-6 dashes of Chocolate Bitters
  • 5-6 dashes of Orange Bitters

METHOD

Stirred and served in a rocks glass over a 2×2 king cube, with a burnt orange peel garnish and dark chocolate shavings.
