PEAR MOJITO

INGREDIENTS

  • 50ml Authentic Caribbean Rum
  • 25ml fresh squeezed lime juice
  • 50ml pear juice
  • 25ml sugar syrup (2 parts sugar / 1 part water)
  • 4 sprigs mint
  • Soda water

METHOD

Add rum, sugar syrup, lime juice, pear juice and three sprigs of mint to a cocktail shaker and muddle until desired flavour is achieved. Strain into highball glass filled with crushed or cubed ice and top with soda water.
