PEAR MOJITO
INGREDIENTS
- 50ml Authentic Caribbean Rum
- 25ml fresh squeezed lime juice
- 50ml pear juice
- 25ml sugar syrup (2 parts sugar / 1 part water)
- 4 sprigs mint
- Soda water
METHOD
Add rum, sugar syrup, lime juice, pear juice and three sprigs of mint to a cocktail shaker and muddle until desired flavour is achieved. Strain into highball glass filled with crushed or cubed ice and top with soda water.
