MAI TAI

INGREDIENTS

  •  50ml Authentic Caribbean Rum
  • 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1 tbsp orgeat syrup (optional)
  • 1 tbsp orange Curaçao
  • 2 tsp sugar syrup (2 parts sugar / 1 part water)
  • a mint sprig, to finish

METHOD

Add all the ingredients to a shaker filled with ice, shake sharply and strain into a glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish with the mint.
