  • 50ml Authentic Caribbean Rum
  • 2 tsp Galliano
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 50ml passion fruit juice (or syrup and purée)
  • 50ml fresh orange juice
  • 50ml pineapple juice
  • 2 1/2 tsp sugar syrup (2 parts sugar / 1 part water)
  • Dash of bitters


Shake the ingredients together in a cocktail shaker filled with cubed ice and strain into a hurricane glass filled with ice. Garnish with your choice of lime, orange, pineapple or cherry.
