HURRICANE
INGREDIENTS
- 50ml Authentic Caribbean Rum
- 2 tsp Galliano
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 50ml passion fruit juice (or syrup and purée)
- 50ml fresh orange juice
- 50ml pineapple juice
- 2 1/2 tsp sugar syrup (2 parts sugar / 1 part water)
- Dash of bitters
METHOD
Shake the ingredients together in a cocktail shaker filled with cubed ice and strain into a hurricane glass filled with ice. Garnish with your choice of lime, orange, pineapple or cherry.
