HOT BUTTERED RUM

INGREDIENTS

  • 50ml Authentic Caribbean Rum
  • 1 knob of compound butter (butter, brown sugar, cinnamon and clove)
  • 2 1/2 tsp honey
  • Hot water

METHOD

Add all of the ingredients to a liqueur coffee glass. Before serving, skim the butter off the top and garnish with a lemon slice. For a variation on this recipe you could substitute the water for cider.
