HOT BUTTERED RUM
- 50ml Authentic Caribbean Rum
- 1 knob of compound butter (butter, brown sugar, cinnamon and clove)
- 2 1/2 tsp honey
- Hot water
Add all of the ingredients to a liqueur coffee glass. Before serving, skim the butter off the top and garnish with a lemon slice. For a variation on this recipe you could substitute the water for cider.
