Caribbean Bull

INGREDIENTS

pinch of salt 
4 Mint leaves 
3 pieces fresh ginger or 1/4 oz fresh ginger juice
1/2 oz demerara syrup 
1/2 oz fresh lime juice 
3/4 oz fresh pineapple juice 
2 oz Barbancourt 8yr
Garnish with mint sprig, Lime wheel and ginger candy

METHOD

Place mint and ginger on shaker/muddle gently/ add crush ice / swizzle/ top crush ice and a splash of soda/ garnish with sprigs of mint, lime wheel and ginger candy
