  • 1.5 oz Ron Barcelo
  • 0.75 oz fresh lime juice
  • 0.5 oz honey syrup
  • 0.5 oz Aperol
  • 0.5 oz fresh berry juice (strawberries, blueberries, rapberries, blackberries)
  • 5-6 mint leaves


Combine all ingredients in a mixing tin with ice, shake vigorously, and double strain into a chilled collins glass. Garnish with a mint sprig.
