Vere Plains Cocktail

• 50ml Monymusk
• 25ml Antica Formula
• 10ml Benedictine
• 2dashes Bitter Truth Chocolate bitters
• 5ml Absinthe Rinse

1. Rinse rocks glass with absinth, stir drink, and strain into rinsed rocks glass, add the 2 dashes of bitters on top, and finish off with a lemon zest.
